Trim Down for Spring
It seems we've all been here before. Put on a little wait over the winter? Wouldn't it be great if we could just keep it off?
I understand. It's harder to get the exercise we need during the winter and comfort food helps us get through the day. The problem is what it left behind is not only doesn't look good, but it is terribly unhealthy.
It doesn't have to be this way, but for now we need to trim down.
The average american (that's us) does not eat right. We eat all the wrong things. There are even things we eat everyday that we think are healthy, but are some for the worst things you can eat. I guarantee you will be shocked when you find out what they are. You'll find out when you watch the video below.
What I want you to understand now, is that by changing your diet, you will never have to diet again. I hate the word diet. I prefer to call this Eating the Right Way. It's not easy at first, but once you get started, it will come natural. You'll never be hungry! If you are eating nutritious foods, your body will no longer crave the bad stuff. We need to eat to burn the fat.
I'll let this short video do the rest of the talking:  Watch Trim Down Video Now

Staying Healthy and Fit is best done in groups. Share your newsletters with friends, family, people you know from work, people you eat and socialise with. Share it on you favorite social media. It's important to have a good support group. We are on Facebook.
Our goal is to start HealthFit Communities across the country You can be our ambassadors. Good health starts at home, but I think it might be contagiuous.
